FOX is seeking a top-caliber Fitness Specialist for an 8-10 hour per week role in our growing Severna Park, MD office. Founded in 1998, FOX pioneered outpatient rehabilitation services in an in‑home setting for the older adult population, delivering evidence‑based therapy and proactive treatment to restore quality of life.

• Prescribe and oversee patient exercise programs to maintain functional levels after discharge from rehabilitation services.
• Travel routinely to patient residences and senior living communities, expanding territory as needed.
• Receive leadership, clinical education, and support from the assigned Program Manager.

• Bachelor’s in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Exercise Physiology, or equivalent experience.
• Certified Personal Trainer through a nationally recognized organization (ACSM, NSCA, NASM, ACE, ISSA) preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.
• CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with older adults in a proactive, wellness‑focused setting preferred.
• Routine travel to patient residences and senior living communities.
