Role DescriptionBACC is seeking compassionate, skilled, and socially conscious licensed therapists to join our growing practice. The ideal candidates are committed to trauma‑informed, culturally responsive care and are passionate about supporting diverse individuals, families, and communities.
Open Positions✔ Part‑Time Evening Telehealth (Remote – must be licensed in MD)
Qualifications- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
- Active Maryland license and liability insurance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and work with compassion
