Insulator Journeyman

Overview

Job Description:

We are seeking two Multicraft Insulators to join our Maintenance team. These individuals will primarily perform insulation work but will also assist and support other crafts as needed. Candidates should be flexible, collaborative, and capable of working across multiple disciplines to ensure smooth operations and project success.

• Perform insulation installation, maintenance, and repair tasks
• Support other crafts and trades when required
• Follow safety protocols and company standards
• Work effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Experience in insulation work
• Ability to assist in multiple crafts/trades
• Knowledge of grout work is highly beneficial
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Standard schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts per week
• Additional overtime as required
• Callouts as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• May require a high school diploma or its equivalent with previous years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
• Works under immediate supervision
• Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment
• Typically reports to a supervisor or manager
