As a Go‑Kart Track and Ride Operator, you will promote safety and fun, welcoming guests, operating rides, performing inspections, and maintaining the attraction areas.

• Provide a positive first impression by welcoming guests and assisting with ride instructions.
• Operate and monitor go‑karts and rides to ensure safety and proper functionality.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading and ensure riders are securely fastened.
• Communicate, monitor, and enforce safety guidelines, including height and weight restrictions.
• Perform track and ride inspections, complete necessary documentation for opening and closing duties.
• Address ride malfunctions or spinouts safely and report issues to the team lead, supervisor, or manager on duty.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the track, ride areas, and parking lot.
• Refuel go‑karts as needed and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Create a friendly and fun atmosphere, ensuring a memorable experience for guests.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, acting as a role model in professionalism and integrity.

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand extended periods, lift up to 100 pounds, push up to 350 pounds.
• Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to varying weather conditions.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
