Director of Sales – Wedding and Corporate Markets (Finance)

AATMOS Hospitality is seeking a bold, driven Director of Sales Wedding and Corporate Markets to grow revenue across diverse and expanding hotel portfolio. This high‑impact role is for a leader ready to shape the future of wedding, group, and corporate business in the Smokies and beyond.

Responsibilities
  • Own the entire sales journey from first hello to final follow‑up, building relationships and making magic happen for our clients.
  • Grow revenue & market share by filling hotels with celebrations, retreats, summits, and unforgettable events.
  • Expand wedding and corporate market share with creative ideas and strategic execution.
  • Use yield management and revenue tools to maximize ADR, RevPAR, and event profitability.
  • Sell guestrooms, event spaces, restaurants, and every opportunity available to boost total revenue.
  • Build annual sales & marketing plans with each hotel’s GM.
  • Partner with the marketing team to strengthen lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Audit online listings, websites, and wedding/corporate lead channels to ensure accuracy and polish.
  • Be the face of Aatmos in the community by attending chamber events, tourism expos, bridal shows, trade events, and industry happenings.
  • Represent Aatmos and its portfolio with ethics, creativity, and good intent.
  • Analyze service and quality gaps in the sales process and ensure training is implemented.
  • Work closely with hotel teams to support satisfaction scores and elevate the guest experience.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, collaboration, communication, and professional excellence.
  • Uphold and enforce Aatmos sales processes, marketing standards, and operational SOPs.
