What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events aligned with company objectives
  • Manage all event logistics, including venue procurement and vendor partnerships
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance event offerings and guest satisfaction
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of events
  • Submit event details and contracts for cost approvals to senior leadership
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, campaign strategy, or loyalty marketing
  • At least 2 years of experience managing external vendors or direct reports
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Knowledge of the timeshare industry and vacation ownership products
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency in Adobe Professional
  • Strong networking skills to build relationships across the organization
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
