Job Description: Compassionate Pediatric Private Duty LPN Needed! We are hiring a Private Duty LPN in the Sevierville, TN area to work days or nights. Case Specific Enhanced Pay Rates available.

• Provide high‑quality clinical services within the scope of practice, as defined by state laws governing nursing, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the health‑care team, following all applicable infection control procedures.
• Document patient visits thoroughly in the electronic medical record utilizing the agency’s electronic visit verification program.
• Actively participate in the agency’s care‑coordination process, including timely reporting of patients’ needs and changes in condition, attending patient case conferences, and communicating effectively with patients, families, physicians, clinicians, agency management staff, case coordinators, community case managers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient health information in accordance with agency policy.

• Must have current LPN licensure in the state of Tennessee.
• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle (or public transportation).
• Current CPR certification required.
• Previous home‑care experience preferred.
