Research Scientist
Luttrell Staffing Group is seeking a Research and Development Tech in Sevierville, Tennessee. You will assist in development and testing of recipes, perform quality and analytical tests, and maintain records of trials and data.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting formulation issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Associates or bachelor’s in a related field with 1–2 years’ bakery/food R&D experience is preferred; some travel and occasional odd hours may be required.
