This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald's USA. The franchisee owns a license to use McDonald's logos and food products. Guest Experience Leader. Provide exceptional service to guests and ensure a positive experience at the restaurant. Work hours 8am–8pm, part‑time.

• Greeting guests and communicating with them during ordering.
• Offering help with using the ordering kiosks.
• Providing assistance to those in need of extra hands.
• Checking with guests after they receive their food to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensuring children receive a kid treat.
• Handling any concerns.
• Communicating with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations.

All you'll need is an outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow, and the capability to excel in a fast‑paced, team environment. Must be 16 years of age or older. We offer great pay, benefits, and the opportunity to grow.
