Retail Sales Manager – Rymco LLC

Location: Sevierville, TN

Base pay range: $24.00/hr – $28.00/hr

Rymco LLC, an authorized retailer for Cricket Wireless, is seeking a highly motivated, results‑driven Retail Sales Manager to lead our dynamic team across our retail locations. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive store performance through effective management and hands‑on leadership
• Train, mentor, and develop team members
• Execute local marketing initiatives and promotions
• Maintain high visual merchandising and operational standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service experience (Required)
• 2+ years of sales experience (Required)
• 1+ year of management experience (Preferred)
• Bilingual in English (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Ability to work retail hours:
  Monday–Saturday 9 AM–8 PM;
  Sunday 12 PM–5 PM (hours subject to change)
