Sales Associate – Cole Haan

Supports in the direction of all in‑store activities to achieve sales and profitability targets, by providing a positive shopping experience to our customers, through the effective execution of the selling and service culture of Cole Haan.

• Deliver financial results: drive financial growth by achieving personal sales and key KPI goals.
• Assist management team in all in‑store activities to help drive profitability.

• Build a dedicated and good‑natured team: support a positive store environment and be a dedicated Cole Haan employee.
• Create a culture of customer obsession that delivers extraordinary customer service; support and maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with company expectations.
• Deliver operational consistency: follow all operational objectives with regards to loss prevention, health, and safety; support store operational consistency by following Cole Haan policy and procedure.

• Part‑time position.
• Candidates must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
• Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Contribute positively by working effectively with others in a team‑oriented environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Able to effectively communicate in verbal and written English.
• Able to operate POS systems and have professional phone skills.
• Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods; lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
