Primary PurposeThe successful individual will leverage retail proficiency to achieve sales goals, enhance the customer experience, and uphold the Kate Spade brand culture.
Responsibilities- Client & Service Expert:
- Achieves individual sales goals.
- Develops strong product knowledge across all categories.
- Provides exemplary customer service, creating a personal connection with guests through effective selling skills.
- Leadership Presence:
- Achieves personal sales goals.
- Maintains extensive product knowledge.
- Partners with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture and initiate business-driving events.
- Building Brand Equity:
- Communicates the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to the sales team and customers.
- Builds strong relationships as a brand ambassador.
- Conveys client feedback to management to enhance service and sales.
- Adheres to all company policies with honesty and integrity.
- Operational Excellence:
- Performs and supervises store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, and securing the facility.
- Physical Requirements:
- Available to work the store schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Standing for extended periods.
- Capable of safely lifting boxes up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable climbing ladders.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven ability to contribute to an elevated selling culture.

Base Pay Range: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
