We are currently seeking highly‑motivated vacation ownership sales professionals to join our growing sales center in Sevierville, TN, at the Smoky Mountain Preview Center. We offer face‑to‑face sales with qualified leads provided—no prospecting or lead generation required. Our compensation is the most competitive in the industry, featuring hourly pay plus bonuses and the potential for a six‑figure income ranging from $50,000 to $100,000+ per year.

Our sales professionals focus on relationship building, meeting guests face to face, investing time in rapport building, touring our magnificent resort and amenities, and encouraging guests to become part of our family by making a purchase.

Responsibilities
  • Present our vacation ownership opportunity to generate sales volume while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of HGV.
  • Greet guests and listen to their travel interests to offer options that meet their needs.
  • Participate in recurring training to elevate selling capabilities and deepen product knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a TN Timeshare License (reimbursement for the license is available).
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player.
  • Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing the sale.
  • Problem‑solving ability.
  • Must be willing to work on weekends and most major holidays.
