Requirements Lead Generator – Flooring Sales & In-Home Measurements

Do you enjoy talking to people, starting conversations, and closing sales? If you thrive in fast-paced retail environments and love being on the move, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Engage customers in retail stores (cold-approach sales)
  • Generate interest in flooring & tile services
  • Schedule in-home consultations
  • Travel to customer homes to complete measurements and help close the sale
  • Follow up with leads and meet performance goals
