Assistant Front Desk Manager – Pursuit Collection
We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Assistant Manager to join our team at Pursuit Collection, offering guests exceptional service across our Alaska, Montana, and international destinations.
Job DescriptionAs the Front Desk Assistant Manager, you will assist guests with reservations, check‑in/out, tour bookings, and general inquiries. You will support the Front Desk Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff.
Responsibilities- Provide guest with lodging and local area information
- Perform guest reservations, check‑in and checkout procedures
- Train staff and implement procedures to ensure high level of guest service and efficiency
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous direct guest service experience
- Familiarity with basic office equipment operation
The starting wage for this role is $22.00/hour.
