• Arrive to work on time, ready to work, dressed in clean business‑casual attire, with a neat appearance.
• Oversee daily operations of Front Desk & Guest Services staff.
• Train staff to ensure high level of customer service and efficiency.
• Handle complaints efficiently and in the best interest of the guest.
• Develop and document the Front Desk training program to ensure consistency of procedures.
• Maintain safety and security measures within the department for guests, employees and property.
• Attend department manager meetings.
• Maximize staffing, hours and wage levels for Front Desk & Guest Services employees.
• Review needs and position openings, working with Assistant General Manager to fill as needed.
• Operate a company vehicle (or other utility/low‑speed vehicle) if required. Candidates must be 21+ years of age at time of employment start and have a valid Driver's License to operate a company vehicle.
