Front Desk Agent

What will you do in this job?

As a Front Desk Agent at Seward Windsong Lodge, you will provide dynamic guest service, anticipate guest needs, honor our surroundings, and bring your best every day.

• Provide guests with lodging and local area information
• Perform guest reservations, check‑in and checkout procedures
• Assign guests to rooms based on requests and arrival times
• Perform basic cashier and cash handling duties
• Assist guests with retail purchases

• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous direct guest service experience
• Familiarity with basic office equipment operation

Starting wage: $17.00 per hour.
