• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, including guest services, staff management, financial oversight, and adherence to company policies.
• Directly supervise the Guest Services Manager, Warehouse Manager and F&B Manager, supporting their development and performance.
• Manage scheduling, training, and inventory for guest service front desk and retail shops.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and concerns, ensuring high service standards.
• Oversee operational compliance with safety, environmental, and financial policies.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members.
• Act as the General Manager in their absence, making operational and leadership decisions as needed.
• Lead by example with strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.

• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, tourism, or related fields.
• Proven leadership and team‑building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of budgeting, inventory, and scheduling systems preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest service.
• Ability to remain flexible, proactive, and positive under pressure.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
