• Supervise and manage the activities of vessel captains and crew, providing leadership and guidance to maintain high standards of safety and professionalism.
• Ensure all marine operations are conducted in full compliance with USCG regulations and other relevant maritime laws.
• Conduct regular safety audits, drills, and inspections to guarantee regulatory compliance and operational readiness.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures for all marine operations.
• Coordinate scheduling, deployment, and logistics of vessels and personnel.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, port authorities, and other external stakeholders as required.
• Oversee training and certification of captains and crew, ensuring all personnel maintain required qualifications.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and maintenance of marine assets.
• Maintain accurate records of vessel operations, maintenance, and compliance activities.
• Coordinate between crews, maintenance teams, and management to address operational needs.
• Focus on captain training, scheduling, and performance to foster a positive and skilled team.
• Manage a highly experienced team of licensed captains.
• Maintain operational efficiency and profitability while delivering optimal guest experiences.
• Captain vessels and run tours as necessary.
