LPN - LTC

4x12 Variable schedule or 3x12 Variable schedule, based on traveler’s choice. Shifts will be either days or nights, determined by facility needs.

We are seeking an experienced LTC LVN/LPN for a travel nursing position in a Long Term Care Facility. The ideal candidate must have a valid Alaska license and should possess prior travel experience. The caregiver will primarily focus on providing high-quality care to a diverse geriatric population.

• Monitor and document patient conditions and changes.
• Provide care for patients, including medication administration, wound care, and assistance with daily living activities.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

• Minimum of 1 year of LTC experience required.
• Current Alaska LVN/LPN license in hand is mandatory.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Experience with patient ratios of 1:20 is preferred.
