Position Overview

Gardener – Pursuit Collection,
Seward, AK

• Safety, anticipating guest needs, honoring our surroundings and bringing your best every day – core values of the Seward Windsong Lodge.
• Daily maintenance and repair of lodge property and equipment.
• Maintain and clean grounds to be aesthetically appealing.
• Walk-throughs of the grounds, picking up garbage and disposing of it.
• Water and fertilize plants.
• Mow and trim lawns.
• Perform equipment cleaning and maintenance.
• Assist with maintenance projects.

• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Previous maintenance or landscaping experience preferred.

The starting wage for this role is $17.00/hour.
