Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
- Communicate proactively with your supervisor about work progress and issues.
- Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
- Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
- Complete cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process.
- Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
- Ensure planogram integrity and deliver excellent customer service following GURA principles:

Experience:
Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.Education:
