• Crew 1 - Days: $20.00-$25.00 hourly Monday-Thursday | 7:00am - 7:00pm 8 hours of guaranteed overtime each week
• Crew 2 - Nights: $20.00 - $25.00 hourly Monday
  - Thursday | 7:00pm-7:00am Plus $3.00/hr shift differential 8 hours of guaranteed overtime each week
• Weekend Day Crew: $20.00 - $25.00 hourly Friday
  - Sunday | 7:00am - 7:00pm Work 36 hours per week and get paid for 52 hours per week
• Weekend Night Crew: $20.00 - $25.00 hourly Friday
  - Sunday | 7:00pm-7:00am Plus $3.00/hr shift differential Work 36 hours per week and get paid for 52 hours per week

Marmon Utility is hiring a Machine Operator to set up, operate, and monitor machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining production, quality, and safety standards while minimizing downtime and waste.

• No prior machine operation experience required - we provide paid on-the-job training for all new employees.
• Candidates with experience as a Machine Operator, Extrusion Operator, Production Operator, Manufacturing Operator, or Equipment Operator are encouraged to apply (higher pay dependent on experience).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
• Basic math skills required

• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and workplace safety
• Operate production equipment according to established procedures and work instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Ability to safely handle reels, spools, hand tools, and measuring equipment

• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
• Work safely around manufacturing equipment and moving machinery
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Education:

High school or equivalent (Required)
