* Crew 1 - Days: $20.00-$25.00 hourly

Monday-Thursday | 7:00am - 7:00pm8 hours of guaranteed overtime each week

Crew 2 - Nights: $20.00 - $25.00 hourly Monday

Position Summary Marmon Utility is hiring a Machine Operator to set up, operate, and monitor machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining production, quality, and safety standards while minimizing downtime and waste.

Qualifications:

No prior machine operation experience required - we provide paid on-the-job training for all new employees.

Candidates with experience as a Machine Operator, Extrusion Operator, Production Operator, Manufacturing Operator, or Equipment Operator are encouraged to apply (higher pay dependent on experience).Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Ability to use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers

Basic math skills required
