Top Prospect Group, Seymour, CT, is seeking two experienced AOI Operators (Level I & II) for 2nd shift on a contract-to-hire basis. You will inspect PCBAs using AOI and X-Ray equipment, log results, and ensure compliance with IPC-A-610 standards.
The role offers a $2.00/hour shift differential after permanent hire and a modern, climate-controlled facility. Ideal candidates have 0-3 years AOI experience (Level I) or 1-5 years (Level II), strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow work
