Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our fast-growing team, working closely with the Director of National Accounts to develop prospecting strategies, manage sales pipelines, and grow our franchise system.

• Build a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
• Engage in outbound prospecting via phone, email, Linked In, and face-to-face meetings.
• Apply a value-led sales approach to build relationships and grow existing accounts.
• Engage with high-level executives, conduct discovery, and handle objections effectively.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and Sales Engagement platforms.
• Travel for trade shows and conferences as needed.

• Minimum 5 years of outbound B2B sales development or similar experience.
• Proven success in acquiring new business and expanding accounts.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, results-driven attitude.
• Self-motivated, organized, and proficient with technology.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
