Training

Shift: Mon‑Fri 7:00 am–3:00 pm
Working Shift: Mon‑Fri 11:00 pm–7:00 am

• Adhere to all company safety standards to ensure personal and team safety.
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly fashion.
• Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and dependability.
• Identify, address, and report potential issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform effective first‑time repairs.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Be available for overtime as needed for urgent repairs and projects.

• High School Diploma required
• Trade school background preferred
• Experience with industrial electronics & controls

• Strong electrical aptitude
• Ability to read voltmeters and other precision tools
• Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Strong communication skills
• Troubleshooting capabilities
• Attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
• Basic computer literacy
• Team‑oriented mindset
