Shipping & Warehouse Associate

Location: Seymour

Pay: $22–$23 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Shipping & Warehouse Associate to support daily shipping operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, timely, and damage‑free deliveries to our customers.

• Pack and ship customer orders, inspecting for accuracy and damage
• Process shipping transactions in an ERP system
• Ship using Fed Ex, UPS, and common carriers
• Load and unload trucks and move materials using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Complete daily routing paperwork and maintain organized shipping records
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Order warehouse supplies as needed
• Communicate professionally and effectively with team members
• Assist with receiving and outgoing materials when needed
• Follow all OSHA and MSDS safety policies

• 0‑3 years of warehouse or shipping experience (or equivalent)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to learn new systems
• Experience with shipping carriers (Fed Ex, UPS, common carriers)
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Organized, adaptable, and able to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and use of hands
• Ability to operate material handling equipment

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
