Responsible for daily posting of Wealth Management Department transactions. Performs administrative services sometimes confidential and complex in nature as instructed by Wealth Management Officer, Operations/Wealth Management Operations Leader as well as other Wealth Management Officers.
Requirements SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND/OR ABILITIES- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong data-entry skills
- Ability to analyze data as well as situations
- Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to present oneself professionally
- Ability to prioritize and to be flexible
- Excellent keyboarding skills
- Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 3 years minimum Operations or Administrative experience or equivalent job experience preferred.
