The Speech/Language Pathologist will evaluate and treat patients according to physician orders, using therapeutic procedures to improve speech, language, swallowing, and hearing disorders. The role involves working as part of a team providing support and information within Speech/Language Pathology, in settings such as Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities, or Home Health Care.

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Current state license/certification
• Prefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to provide therapy services in various locations
• Demonstrated competency in therapy principles, methods, materials, and equipment
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements
