Job Description- Provide direct therapy to patients outlined in the OT's plan of care.
- Monitor and document patient progress.
- Collaborate with members for discharge plans.
- Contribute to case management.
- Maintain a positive level of interaction with patients and center staff.
- Adhere to applicable state regulations concerning occupational therapy.
