We are looking for a talented Operations Superintendent (2nd Shift) to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Seymour, IN.

Education, Licenses,

Certifications:

College, university, or equivalent degree required.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience: Significant level of relevant work experience, including managerial, leadership, and budgetary experience, required.

  Serve as the 2nd shift superintendent at the Seymour Engine Plant, providing on‑site leadership and oversight across multiple production departments.
• Team Management :
  Directly manage a team of 4–6 exempt employees, ensuring alignment with operational goals and fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Operational Coordination :
  Plan, prioritize, and communicate daily activities for both Operations and Materials teams, maintaining strong cross‑functional collaboration through dotted‑line relationships.
• Shift Communication :
