St. Croix Hospice seeks an experienced On-Call Registered Nurse to organize and direct hospice care in patients' homes and communities around Seymour, Indiana.

The role covers nights and weekends and requires strong nursing skills with a focus on community health education. Responsibilities include triage calls, after-hours assessments, developing and adjusting care plans, administering treatments, educating patients and families, and coordinating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
