• Evaluate team members for health concerns and following incidents and manage care after.
• Track and evaluate Workers' Compensation cases.
• Provide health and drug screenings.
• Lead the ergonomic and improvement program.
• Oversee the massage therapy program.
• Manage and train the Emergency Response Team (ERT).
• Other duties as needed.
