HVAC Service Technician Responsibilitie
s:

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns on HVAC equipment
• Make repairs for customers efficiently and without compromising quality
• Diagnoses and repairs appliances and equipment in the customer's home and gives the customer an accurate estimate of the cost of repair if applicable
• Uses basic tools or instruments to assemble, adjust, calibrate, repair or test various products
• Works as a dedicated team member to ensure fast, flexible and expert service to every customer

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

• Some experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with refrigeration systems is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning principles, property maintenance practices, and relevant building codes.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license for travel between job sites.
