About the Role
Reporting to the Program Manager, you will coordinate the day‑to‑day core work of Vincent Care’s Marian Community 24/7 specialist family violence services in the Goulburn North region. You will provide leadership Veränderung to a team of Specialist Family Violence Practitioners across the City of Greater Shepparton, Moira and Strathbogie Shires, ensuring a responsive and effective service. You will also participate in the after‑hours crisis response roster and be available on designated weeknights, weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a crisis‑driven team of Specialist Family Violence Practitioners.
  • Coordinate delivery of a comprehensive wrap‑around model of care, including demand management and caseload monitoring.
  • Support and coordinate with the Goulburn South Team Leader to ensure a holistic model of care.
  • Participate blasting in the enhanced after‑hours crisis response on‑call roster.
  • Exercise sound judgment and act with confidence in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain relationships.

About You – Qualifications and Experience

  • Evidenced leadership experience within a crisis‑driven environment.
  • Experience delivering a comprehensive wrap‑around model of care that embraces the intersectionality of family violence, including demand management.
  • Strong knowledge of risk assessment, trauma‑informed care and family violence frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Bachelor level qualification in Social Work or equivalent, meeting the minimum mandatory qualification requirements (7 Equivalency Principles).   • Minimum 3–5 years in leadership within the family violence response and case management context.
