Service Administrator 9 Month Temporary Contract

Based in Shaftesbury

13.45 per hour

Monday to Friday 8:00am 5:00pm (40 hours per week)

We're looking for a Service Administrator to join a busy team on a 9-month temporary contract
. This is a varied administrative role supporting engineers, customers, and the wider business to ensure the smooth running of the service department.

• Supporting customers, engineers and contractors
• Processing invoices, credits and purchase orders
• Managing customer records and service documentation
• Processing engineer timesheets and expenses
• Updating internal systems and customer portals
• Handling incoming calls and providing excellent customer service
• General administration to support the service team

• Previous administration and customer service experience
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• A proactive, can-do attitude
• Good communication skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Experience with in Facilities Management or a service-based environment is advantageous but not essential.
