Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
Contribute to creating a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment.

Builds positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
Is calm, resilient and passionate about inclusive education.
Has excellent communication and organisational skills.

Ongoing professional development.
Supportive leadership team.
Opportunity to work alongside experienced therapists and specialist staff.
Excellent facilities and extensive outdoor learning opportunities.
A genuinely rewarding role where no two days are the same.
If you're looking for your next HLTA job in Shaftesbury, we'd love to hear from you.
