We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Secondary School Teachers to join a welcoming and supportive school in Shaftesbury. • Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
• Assess, monitor and support students' progress through effective feedback and intervention.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to curriculum development and wider school initiatives.
• Promote positive behaviour, uphold safeguarding responsibilities and support the overall success of the school community.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for inspiring secondary-aged students.
• Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to motivate and engage learners.
• A proactive and reflective approach to teaching, learning and continuous professional development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
