• Building and assembling ventilation and air handling components
• Operating power tools and using hand tools as required
• Checking the quality and fit of assembled units
• General housekeeping and keeping the working area tidy
• Moving and handling materials and finished units around the site
• Supporting other departments as needed

• Previous experience in an assembly , manufacturing , or HVAC environment (preferred, not essential)
• Good attention to detail when assembling components
• Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet for periods of the shift
• Reliable and punctual approach to work
• Ability to follow instructions accurately across varied duties
• Confidence working independently once trained
