In this role, you’ll begin by working alongside an experienced team and gaining hands‑on knowledge of the business before transitioning into managing your own accounts. You’ll handle a variety of responsibilities, develop strong organizational and communication skills, and learn how different areas of the company work together.
What You'll Do- Work alongside experienced staff to learn company procedures, industry practices, and day‑to‑day operations.
- Provide administrative and organizational support across various team functions.
- Assist with communication and follow‑up involving clients and candidates.
- Participate in training and onboarding activities to develop a strong understanding of internal processes.
- Take on new responsibilities as skills and knowledge develop, with the opportunity to progress toward managing accounts independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
- Previous internship, office, administrative, or customer‑facing experience is helpful.
- Bring a personable, motivated, and upbeat approach to the workplace.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers, clients, and candidates.

This position is fully onsite in the Shaker Heights area and offers a standard weekday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM.
