Are you searching for a Dance Instructor job in a fun environment? We  got the job for you! We  looking for someone who loves kids and loves to dance! Dance at The Little Gym is a full dance program for children, with a Serious Fun twist and we need a super energetic teacher with some awesome Dance experience to bring to the program!

If you think you might be a good fit for our fun and fast-paced environment, then keep reading!

• Create a safe space for children to learn and fall in love with Dance! (...and gymnastics too!)
• Teach amazing dance/gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don t worry, we  teach you how!)
• Have a strong background in dance, including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and/or Hip Hop (recreational classes, competitive dance, dance team, professional work, etc.)
• Assist the Dance Program Coordinator in planning any dance recitals (including selecting music, choreographing dances, ordering costumes, etc.)
• Provide an outstanding customer service experience. We treat our members like family!
• so fresh and so clean! We work as a team to keep our gym and lobby area cleaned and disinfected at all times.

• You  totally open to being a goofball and love celebrating kid  success.
• You have a strong background in dance. (A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps as well!)
• You live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good.
• Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too.

• Kids walk out of our classes more confident than when they walked in.
• We get our steps in and close our activity rings while we work because we  moving all day!
• We get to build relationships with kids and their families that last a lifetime!
• We get paid to dance!

• Part Time - 15 to 20 weekly hours
• Thursday afternoon and Saturday are required shifts
• Additional hours Monday through Sunday

Programs offer children a Springboard to Life  Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood.

For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parents  Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe. We are looking for fun, outgoing, talented individuals who are looking to make a difference in their community.
