As an Automotive Diagnostic Technician, you will be a vital part of our team, ensuring that our guests receive the highest quality service. You’ll build trust through transparent communication and superior diagnostics, making every interaction a positive experience.

• Enhance your skills across a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Utilize top-notch resources provided by Christian Brothers Automotive.
• Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns.
• Communicate repair options clearly and transparently with customers.
• Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Deliver extraordinary results by working together to meet customer expectations.
• Conduct thorough, accurate, and visually transparent digital vehicle inspections.
• Embrace our philosophy of treating every guest with respect and care.

• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• A strong desire to solve problems and develop your career.
• Open to both full-time and part-time work availability.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• Proficiency in Windows-based computers.
• A valid driver’s license with a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier.

• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Capable of working in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Ability to walk/stand for the majority of your workday.
• Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Proficient in navigating a computer.
