No previous experience or education is required.
- Safely drive vehicles through auction lanes on sale days and throughout auction grounds, following all auction driving procedures, traffic laws and defensive driving practices.
- Transport vehicles to and from designated areas on auction premises, as well as customer dealerships and business locations, providing a professional and courteous experience.
- Stage, organize and park vehicles in the correct order based on direction from supervisors or team leaders.
- Help locate misplaced vehicles or move inventory as needed.
- Prepare vehicles for movement by performing basic tasks such as inflating tires and jump‑starting vehicles.
- Communicate vehicle issues to the appropriate teams.
- Provide helpful, friendly support to customers, dealers, account representatives, rental agencies and coworkers.
- Follow all safety and health procedures and actively contribute to a culture of safety excellence.
You’re dependable, enjoy staying active and take pride in working as part of a team.
Minimum Requirements- A valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous auction experience
- Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to walk long distances
- Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear
- Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work EnvironmentThis role may involve frequent exposure to varying outdoor weather conditions and moderate noise levels.
