Mid-Senior level

• Must have a valid Driver's License to apply
• 3+ years experience preferred
• Know materials, methods, and skills used in various landscaping common to the Midwest region
• Experience in landscape construction or related field
• Ability to proficiently operate various machinery
• Read, speak, and understand English
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs to shoulder height

• Communicate and manage people diverse in language, ability, educational levels, and experience
• Supervise staff and Sub Contractors engaged in implementation of construction plan
• Ability to read and understand a construction plan
• Ensure all permits and approvals are in place
• Keep and maintain accurate records (time, materials used, design plan, receipts, etc.)
• Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, efficiency, and customer service
