Customer Service Representative – Baseline Fitness
Baseline Fitness – Shakopee, MN
Job SummaryResponsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
Responsibilities- Greet and meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
- Handle front desk tasks, including answering phone calls politely and friendly, taking information calls and tours, and assisting with member check‑ins, sign‑ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage and updating member account information.
- Facilitate member service issues and questions, forwarding them to the Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
- Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
- Assist with employee programs, such as Dollars for Scholars Program, Employee Appreciation Program, and Free Membership for self and one family member or friend.
- Perform duties related to Team Member Support Team, health & benefits administration, and related activities.
