DescriptionShakopee Public Schools is searching for a 1.0 FTE Long Term Substitute (LTS) to teach Technology Education (Tech Ed) at Shakopee West Middle School from approximately January 5, 2026 through March 2, 2026.
Job SummaryProvides instruction in content area in accordance with each student's ability, creates a classroom environment that fosters student learning and personal growth. Establishes effective working relationships with students and parents, works collaboratively with other staff members.
Qualifications- Current MN teaching license in Technology or Industrial Arts.
- Experience with multiple instructional designs and differentiated instruction.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to build successful relationships with students, parents and staff.

Salary ranges from $51,000 to $71,251 depending upon education level.
