This position develops and coordinates all equipment training programs to assure continuous improvement of the skills and knowledge of both internal and external personnel, along with providing oversight and coordination globally with respect to Service Max.

Responsibilities

Ensure all new and continuing employees and contract associates are aware of their training requirements. Provide and document initial and follow-up training as necessary. Administer written and performance testing for operator qualification/recertification as needed to meet these requirements.

Coordinate various information collection and reporting processes associated with training, such as action tracking systems.

Design and develop instructional material for both internal and external customers that support company products, processes and best practices.

Update and manage training modules and tests for revisions.

Review new technology tools for training.

Manage the learning management system database.

Manage outside training resources including partnerships with local schools and organizations.

Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent from a four‑year college; or 2‑4 years related experience and/or training. A preferred candidate will have a four‑year degree in Education, Communication, Instructional Design or a related field.

The individual must have a passion for technology and finding creative ways to educate others on technical topics.

The individual must have experience as an instructor with a technical background who is proficient at classroom instruction, hands‑on/field training, and course design/development.

Experience in eLearning technologies including Quick Time, iMovie, Camtasia, Storyline.

Ability to understand the interaction of the various departments at the SEED GROWTH EQUIPMENT business.

Command of relevant regulations and company expectations.

Effective coaching and conflict resolution skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The ability to communicate and influence individuals and organizations.

The candidate must be willing to travel approximately 30% of the time, including travel to foreign countries.
