Description: Shakopee Public Schools is looking for a Long Term Substitute (LTS) Speech/Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the team at Red Oak Elementary School from approximately mid-March 2026 through June 5, 2026.
Job Summary: The Speech/Language Pathologist (SLP) is to evaluate for speech/language disorders; write evaluation reports; develop IEPs; deliver direct & indirect speech/language services; monitor & document student progress; and collaborate with families & other staff.
Qualifications- Valid MN Speech Language Pathologist teaching license
- Previous experience preferred
- Experience with multiple instructional designs and differentiated instruction
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to build successful relationships with students, parents and staff
Salary: $51,000 to $71,251 depending on education level and experience.
