Sales Engineer
The KEB team is growing again! This position is for engineers who want to work directly with customers to solve problems while gaining technical sales experience.
The Application Engineer role involves the application of automation software, PLCs, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and AC motors to automated systems in collaboration with potential OEMs and system integrator customers. Additionally, you will gain technical sales experience by providing sales quotes and forecasts to our customers to grow and expand our business further.
This position offers opportunities to travel within the USA and Canada (approx. 20% of the time).
Duties and Responsibilities- Write relevant technical documentation & manuals
- Draft new product specifications and engineering work orders
- Size, select, and recommend KEB products to customers
- Offer technical support and troubleshooting over the phone
- Write relevant technical documentation & manuals
- Create sales presentations and other marketing material
- Share application knowledge through writing and speaking
- Provide product trainings in-house and at customer sites
